Privacy Policy
Aqua Dein respects your privacy. This page says what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it except where it is needed to deliver your order.
If you send us an inquiry
We store your name, phone number, email address and message, together with the IP address the inquiry came from, so that we can reply, arrange supply and keep a record of the request. Inquiries received through IndiaMART reach us the same way.
If you open a coupon-book account
We store your firm's name and address, your GSTIN if you give one, and the names and mobile numbers of the owner and the site supervisor — these appear on your invoice and are how our driver and office reach you.
Delivery location. When you register, your browser may offer to share your precise location. It is entirely optional, you can refuse it and still register, and we use it only to find your premises for delivery.
Payment details. We do not take card or bank credentials and there is no payment gateway. You pay by UPI from your own app and then give us the reference number, and you may upload a screenshot of the payment. That screenshot is stored outside the public website, is visible only to our staff, and is kept as proof that the payment was checked against our bank account.
Deliveries. We record which coupon numbers were used on each delivery, the date and the driver, so that your balance and your delivery history are accurate.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and delivery records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Inquiries are kept while they are useful for serving you. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to gajananwatersupplier@gmail.com, and we will do so except where we are legally required to keep a billing record.
